#523 one-shot message keystroke

Sometimes I'm chatting in detail; sometimes I'm sending
an offline message or an 'over-and-out'. It would be
nice (as under Trillian, I believe), to be able to hit
enter to send a message, and alt-enter (or
control-enter, or something) to send a message and
close the chat window.
