Dot net sockets, temp messaging stub product to help prototype other projects that need connectivity. Using UDP to support FinPlusDBConn and Excel DNA projects, target product is Tibco style multicast with local caching.

Ability to request from senders cache, local caches for each send.

Topic message identification.

Single listener per process listening to multiple messages.

Supports string, doubles, 1d array and 2d array to add key value pairs.
