IOC now solves for arrays, IList and IDictionarys with generic values of primative most simple MS types for {{,},{,}} or {,}

Split ColHelper from Grid need to fix a;; configs and make changes re {} formats, all service side components now fixed re format

Nearly completed one component param to change then colum save down and load states

Coupled with change to IOC parsing now done by IOC reducing component code

IOC Solves
{,} to array or any class that implements IList
{{,},{,} etc} class implements IDictionary key value of most primatives simple types and IFinPlusComp
{,{,} etc} IDictioanry of arrays same as above arrays of most  primatives simple types and IFinPlusComp
