FinOP v0.2.0b Released

This update contains fixes for the various compile errors/problems associated with the new OS-specific code segments. In addition, there was 1 minor change to the functionality of the bot due to a possible security risk.

Included in this release:
- finop-0.2.0b.zip contains: FinOP source & headers, sample FinOP configuration file, sample fortune file, MSVC++ 6.0 workspace files, changelog, to-do notes, and documentation file containing help on compiling, executing, and using FinOP.

- finop-0.2.0b-win32binary.zip contains: FinOP win32 binary executable, sample FinOP configuration file, and sample FinOP fortune file.
