The spaces in the directory name are probably the problem here (FAQ 5.24). The first point of confusion is that you told fink 'the directory is called "Platte,\ die\ 13."'. It's not...it's called "Platte, die 13." Sometimes fink uses filenames without protecting them, so you would need the backslashes, but sometimes it does protect them, so you would need to *not* use them.
