Hi Jack, Thank you. That did the trick. It's working like the old molmol -- no bug when calculating secondary structure. So what do we do now? Is it worthwhile having the maintainer reset back to openmotif3? Michael, what do you think? I do know from the Wuthrich lab that they no longer support the program and don't have plans to work on it.
