I am new to fink first off, but have been able to install and run many things without a problem. Then one day I decided to adjust KDE's bottom menu to off to the left side of the window. The window was set to hide. As it had been. After the change it continued to perform normally. No problems. Then when i try to start it up KDE now crashes. What i see is that it will show the desktop. render everything then when it goes to push the menu off to the left. As soon as it does that X11 crashes. Is there a file I can delete (like a preference file). That will force KDE back into its original default state.
I would also say this is a bug considering menus hiding off to the left side of the screen, should not crash X11 on startup.
Additionally I had noticed this behavior before, but avoided it. when you set collapse to left. Then click it and watch it collapse to left. It also crashed X11. odd behavior concerning it didn't crash in any other locations. Except when items were set to the left.
