Add a command line option to disallow the use of DOUBLE
floating point values. It should also append 'f' to
all floating point constants and call the 'f' math
functions if they exist. This will allow the compiler
to be used for machines that don't have double floating
point operations implemented in hardware, such as the
PlayStation 2.
