Installed via F-Droid on One Plus 5T with Android 8.1.0 and up to date OxygenOS 5.1.3 the app also doesn't work. Could you please make a version that can create a debug file which we can send in order to solve this?

I did a mistake in my ticket : the local phone was the Samsung A5 2017, the Samsun T2 9.7 LVE was the distand one. Check the details of the sent SMS. Maybe the text is being sent to the wrong recipient. This sounds like a bug but it's hard to reproduce for me
