#1134 Missing class messages are mysterious

Core (142)

When findbugs says:

[java] Analysis completed
[java] The following classes needed for analysis were missing:
[java] org.codehaus.jackson.map.ObjectMapper
[java] org.codehaus.jackson.JsonFactory
[java] org.codehaus.jackson.JsonGenerator
[java] Warnings generated: 574
[java] Missing classes: 3

it sure would be helpful if it would identify the class(es) in which it found the reference to the missing class(es).

Understood. This would be non-trivial, due to the number of places from which class references can occur.

FWIW, as per mail to mailing list, I'm completely stymied by the question of where some of these are coming from, as no jar containing those classes is, as far as I can tell, anywhere on the classpath.

OK, I fixed this by restricting the missing class messages to be just those encountered while analyzing application classes, not aux classpath classes.
