Alpha 30

* Path check during startup.

A few people were getting duplicate files in their master list and other
strange behaviour when using certain filenames. This was a result of the
way in which certain FAT32 paths can appear differently under windows
and under linux.

This happens fairly rarely. More details are below for the curious:

The file of folder name must be in DOS 8.3 format and contain at least
one uppercase character and no lowercase characters or spaces. These
filenames are read as lowercase by the linux FAT32 driver.

Most people will see no difference in this release, but it's recommended
as it could avoid future problems.
