ChangeLog

* Fixed 082 style BPM formatting.
* Startup Jobs.
* Fixed an error in the Tag reading code. I was using the id3lib
incorrectly. This only affected files with a valid ID3v1 tag and zero
padding at the beggining of the file. Unfortunately this is what you get
if you use winamp to remove v2 tags.
* Right click bring up jobs menu.
* Option to clamp last digit of BPM to 0 or 5
* The App offers to create standard recordboxes if they don't exist
* Registry option to disable sound (This is to increase stability under
Wine.)

Wine is a system that lets you run many windows apps (including this
one) under linux. I had problems getting the stanton boxing app to run,
so I've been playing with this app under Wine.
