This is in the README, and I have just added a note on the config page about
how the upstream proxy URL should be entered.

in my TODO file.  But that might have been added since 0.30...

I don't have much time to work on it these days, but my personal priority l=
ist
looks like:
    1) Fix outstanding bugs (new kinds of ads, mangled pages, etc)
    2) Split config file into several files so that a) rules can be shared
        easily, and b) upgrades are more painless.
    3) Everything else... ;)
