Not currently, no.  You can restrict incoming connections to localhost, or =
the
host specified as $HOST in FilterProxy.pl.

I will happily accept a patch for this if you want to implement it though.

Mozilla/IE will ask you for a username/password when you make a connection.
You can enter usernames/passwords for FilterProxy by hitting the "Edit
usernames/passwords" link on the main config page.  (right after the enable
authentication checkbox)
