Yeah, I thought of that too, but it's ambiguous with:
    regex /foo/ inside tagblock <bar>

I also thought of "require":
    regex /foo/ require encloser <bar>
but that masks the predicates:
    regex /foo/ inside encloser <bar>

Maybe both?
    regex /foo/ require inside tagblock <bar>

Have to think about this a little bit more...
