The attached was produced by FP-Akka 1.4.5. The original data had no entries for scientificName but did have atomic parts.

Where the workflow outcome is FILLED_IN, as expected, the Actor result is
no value was present, we have proposed one
but for Scientific Name spreadsheet has entries like
WAS: ; CHANGED TO: Molophilus serpentiger

I think a reader glancing at this---and note that it comes into view first---will be confused by the empty "WAS:;" and the first thought that comes to mind is "What was changed to Molophilus serpentiger"?

In my opinion, the current value assigned when the outcome is FILLED_IN is only appropriate to CURATED and the content should something like:
SUGGEST: Molophilus serpentiger
or perhaps
WAS EMPTY; SUGGEST: Molophilus serpentiger

Should be resolved with revision [r4495] to FP-Akka, MongoSummaryWriter. Noting that this feels like a change that should be the responsibility of the postprocessor, not the provenance summary generation code (as it is about presentation of the change, rather than a record of the change).
