#368 Jackson licensing obligations

Do we distribute Jackson or just depend on maven to fetch it at build time? If the former, see http://wiki.fasterxml.com/JacksonLicensing . Jackson is available under two open source licenses, and recirculators have to specify which they are using. If we just depend on maven, this issue should be closed.
