Troubleshoot - FiloShare
Issue: Uploaded a new file, but all other devices download the previous file instead of the latest one
Solution: This typically occurs due to caching. You can simply go to your browser settings and clear cached images and files, to resolve the issue.
Issue: Send file from one device, but download option not showing on receiver or other devices
Solution: Try refreshing your web page; most of the time, that solves the issue.
Issue: I am entering the connection URL in another PC but it's not loading the webpage
Solution: Check the connection URL you are entering is correct, and also make sure your devices are connected on the same network.
Issue: I'm attempting to transfer files from my PC to my mobile phone. While my PC is connected to my phone via hotspot, there's no internet access. Can I still share the files?
Solution: Absolutely! You can seamlessly share files between devices even if they're linked via a mobile hotspot without internet access.
Issue: Filoshare setup file not downloading from chrome?

Solution: Common solution is to use any other browser like firefox or brave. If you face the prompt that suspecisious file found click on download anyway. file is 100% safe to download that prompt might occur because of your antivirus.
