#39 All tools in all modes

Using all tools in all modes, like flood > erase,
pencil > colorize, flood > lighten, paintbrush > erase etc.

It would need a drop down box for each tool's settings
to switch the tool's mode, like paint, erase, behind,
lighten, darken, blur, colorize, sharpen etc. Common
modes should be available using hotkeys, at least for
switching between paint and erase.
