#22 HDR import tool

Write a tool to create an HDR image from multiple stills.

This could be based on mkhdr, maybe using embedded data
from digital cameras by grabbing their exposures.

I guess I was thinking the import script could look
like a spreadsheet, showing each of the stills, along
with varirous parameters of each still, with a preview
window showing what it looks like?
