0.2.0 in 0.2.1 Release

I just realized that the 0.2.0 binary is included in the 0.2.1 release. Just use the 0.2.1 binary in the release to get the 0.2.1 fixes.

FileSink 0.2.0 Problems

There are some issues with the 0.2.0 release due to cross platform file names. FileSink will not work because of this in case of MS Windows to Linux because of how the file naming structures are different. I am working on fixing this. I will not replace the 0.2.0 release at this point. The fix will be seen as 0.2.1 when ready. Thanks.

Coming Soon: 0.1.7

Version 0.1.7 will be coming soon with a few changes. You can preview this release in the subversion repository. It will include a couple fixes, clean up and logging. I expect to have it posted by the end of March 2006. I will no longer be attaching the development stage to the releases. So the next release will just be 0.1.7.

FileSink Javadoc 20060225 Release

The Javadocs have been given their own release section on this project. Rather then including the javadoc in each application release, the javadoc will be released on its own. The versions will be tracked by date. The most current version will always be online at: http://filesink.sourceforge.net/doc/ .

FileSink Project Posted

The FileSink project has been accepted by the SF.net team today. Look for a release in the next week. This release will feature the command line interface the filesink. It will operate on locally mounted file systems in order to synchronize/replicate files across those file systems. Awesome? I think so. Once the first file release is posted, I will also work to get a homepage up and working. Take care!
