Well, I spent hours getting the script to work, I can't for the life of me figure out why ipchk is causing all sorts of errors... anyways, great job, now that I got it working, I can limit my daily bandwidth...
I got screwed out of hundreds of dollars after several hosts kicked me for supposedly using too much bandwidth, even though I checked and they were all actually less than half of what I've paid for
the problem was a lot of request at the same time frame overloading their servers... they hate that, and my site is one that gets floods of visitors only after I've updated,
anways, great work, can you add hourly download limit and maybe concurrent speed limit, that'll be great, tried and failed to add those features myself...

I set it up on my server, but things are having problems downloading. In mozilla, for example, every file, regardless of type, is seen as an avi. I'm working on getting that all going properly, and fixing spelling/grammer in the help. I'll submit my changes once I get it going correctly.
In concept, it looks really good. I already have mod_bandwidth and mod_throttle set up on the site that I'm using it for, so all I wanted was a fancy directory listing/logging util. So far, so good!
