Better but still beta

Some improvements have been done to the functionnalities that let them be stable enougth to let focus now on GUI matters. In the way, clarify logic behavior let explore to find additionals ideas like log and MD5 for each file (see today todo list). Files Cleaner is not complete yet but let people use it. I've also added a annotated screenshot to let understand what order to follow, even tough no documentation explain it yet. The provided example .ini file may give some clues btw.
