This is an old request from Shawn C. Monk (monkshac). The idea would be to select a bunch of files (from any number of directories). Then download them all at once. The implementation would probably be to have the server zip them, then download the zip. Seems possible, just need to look into the compression extensions.

    This feature will be available in 2.0.1. 95% of the code is in and working. It will require the ZIP extension.
    To zip files and directories, the user must have batch permissions. When the files are selected and the zip button pressed, it compresses the files into an archival .zip file called archive.zip. If the file exists, selected files are merged into the existing .zip file. If archive.zip doesn't exist, it creates it.
