#192 User-specific root directories

This is a cool idea that came to me last night. Each user could have their own root directory. Just like with many FTP servers or directory sharing on PCs, the user logs in, but the admin (whoever is controlling the server) can specify that this user can only see directory X and all of its sub directories.

Shouldn't be too hard to implement.

    Programmed in 2.0 beta.
    Now an admin can setup a user to view a completely separate drive (C:/ vs. D:/) if they so desire.
    In the future it may be possible to allow admins/moderators to be able to change their own view between different drives on the fly (without adjusting their settings).
