#51 Local and LDAP sign-on/auth from same login url

It would be nice if you didn't have to specify "local" in the url to login if you have LDAP as the Authentication choice in the config. Ideally, Filelocker would try to authentication as a local user first and then if not successful attempt LDAP. This way it could be easier to use both internally and externally.

Better yet, set a flag in the database for the user on whether that user is a local user or an LDAP user.
