#41 ability to pick by user name from user list

Our Filelocker install has around 6000 active user accounts in it. As of 2.4.5, the options for touching a user object near the middle of the alphabet involve either many page-down increments of 50 or loading all users (quite expensive). It would be sweet if one could pick via user name search. People who need to touch user objects typically know which user name it is they need to review/edit/etc.
