#18 Custom Logo and templates

It would be cool if the end user could modify the templates for notification and logo from within the GUI.

So a custom logo parameter and upload? Maybe system file?

Then a simple template modification WYSIWYG with variable insertion.

Custom templates have been added as of Filelocker 2.4. Keeping this open for the other features though.
