#15 Private sharing - remember last tabs

When sharing a file privately, the lightbox refreshes on each share/unshare. When this occurs, the accordion component and tab component default to their original view. Develop a way for the lightbox to load the last used accordion section and tab (e.g. a user shares a file with a group; on refresh, load the group shares accordion section and the group search tab).
