Could not bootstrap Filelocker

hi all

I'm trying to install filelocker2.4.5 under FreeBSD8.2/i386 with MySQL5.5.

After I issue :

python setup.py

the last message was :

File creation and deletion test successful.

Trying to bootstrap Filelocker...

Could not bootstrap Filelocker: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'value'.
Please run setup again.

where did I go wrong?

before I run the setup, I've installed :

pycrypto-2.3.tar.gz

MySQL-python-1.2.3.tar.gz

TwistedWeb2-8.1.0.tar.bz2

CherryPy-3.1.2.tar.gz

when I tried to run :

python webFilelocker2.py

Exception: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'value'

CRITICAL:root:Failed to start up Filelocker: 'NoneType' object has no
attribute 'value'

INFO:cherrypy.error: ENGINE Bus STOPPING

INFO:cherrypy.error: ENGINE HTTP Server
cherrypy._cpwsgi_server.CPWSGIServer(('127.0.0.1', 8080)) shut down

INFO:cherrypy.error: ENGINE Stopped thread '_TimeoutMonitor'.

any help?
