#88 LDAP authenticate function is calling search without binding

After upgrading from 2.4 to 2.6, LDAP integration for login broke. We found that the authenticate function was calling the LDAP search prior to binding. I've fixed it by making a call to the get_bind function prior to the search. I've also moved the Active Directory bind in to the get_bind function.

I've attached the modified source.
