#77 If start a username with ; it creates the user

On the login page, i found that if you enter ;xxxxx it will create that user and usually a few error line named users in the filelocker database.

Created a filter to only allow alphanumberic but figure i post it as it didn't see it listed in bugs.

Cannot reproduce in the current trunk, I'm going to close this as fixed in 2.6
