#3 Patch to add javascript to show/hide sidebar sections
Small patch that just adds a switchMenu function that sets the display attribute to none or unsets it. Not directly used by anything else at the moment, though we use it internally with our own setup theming and wanted to throw it back to upstream in case others found useful, and to minimize our local patches.
