#22 Ablity to download entire folders

Add the ability to download an entire folder hierarchy, possibly as a .zip archive, or possibly as a tree of filesystem objects. In the former case, this is a distinct request from id 1382680; in the latter case, checking the checkbox for a folder could be interpreted as implicitly checking the checkbox of all objects within the folder.
