#30 Problems with operations on files with unicode names

Users have reported "problems with operations on files with unicode names. Once uploaded, rename, delete, cut, copy, or paste operations on files work unreliably if at all. Cutting and pasting appears to be more reliable than copy/pasting, and both copy/pasting and renaming sometimes result in only the file extension being preserved, i.e. "βγαλμένη.txt" becomes ".txt". Viewing files doesn't appear to work at all either."
