GhettoGirl's Awesome File Dialog for Qt4

This is an 100% custom File Dialog for Qt4, so only based on a QDialog, not QFileDialog.
It's still in development and doesn't work correctly, and there is still many to do.

INFORMATION: I will release the source code with version 0.5 or upper and if the dialog is stable enough.
NOTE: That I can only provide Linux 64bit Binaries, so you need to download the source code and compile it yourself if you want to have an separate library. I recommend a static lib.

To Do:
- Add/Fix Panel hiding (Places, Preview, Custom Widget)
- Add sorting "by name/date/type/size"
- Add a possibility to return an array of files, not just only one file
- Add an browsing history to go back and forward (go one directory up works, but buggy)
- Add a possibility to turn of the completer, because it is slowly
- Add an bookmark feature (an blank button is already added)
- Add an icon management (hide, left, right, bottom or upper the file name)
- Customize the places panel
- Add an search function
