#2 Transparent background in app icon

The color icon resources, both should have transparent
backgrounds. Both tAIB resources have the bug: tAIB
1000 which is the large icon, and tAIB 1001 which is the
small icon. The 8 bit deep bitmaps have a transparency
index set (5 = purple), but the area in the bitmap that
should be colored using this index is white instead.

To see this bug, install FileCaddy on an emulator running
a debug ROM or choose a color theme (on Palm OS 5
devices) that has a non-white background.
