[Filecaddy-announce] Version 1.0 Pre-release 3

It's out, and it fixes a major problem.  Upgrading is -highly-
recommended, even if you only occasionally use the software.

Here are the release notes for this version:
Your preferences should no longer be lost, unless a change has been 
made to the Preferences structure.  Build numbers no longer matter here.
Fixed in this version:
 * "Show ROM" actually -works- now.
 * Select Invert now inverts last item.
 * Major crash due to an incorrect string length has been fixed.
 * Fixed a problem with screens becoming garbled when dialogs popup when
   manipulating files.
