[Filecaddy-announce] FileCaddy v1.0-pre2

Bugs have been fixed, features have been added, and the manual has been
updated.  When ever you run a new build of FileCaddy, your preferences
will be wiped (this is avoidable in the full release version, but safest
for development) and the release notes will be displayed.

FileCaddy v1.0-pre2 will be released sometime tomorrow, as some rather
annoying problems with a scroll bar have popped up.
