You should also find that the typedown is "cumulative". For example, if you
enter "M" you'll be taken to the first file that starts with "M". If you
follow that with "e", you'll be taken to the first file that starts with
"Me" (and so on). In cases where you have a lot of files that start with the
same letter, that makes it easier to get to the one you want (assuming you
know its name).
