Not just the number of files, but where you were scrolling in the list.=20
Seems like the list is not jumping to the top when you tap the
directory.

Something I forgot to put in the manual - if you pick something from the
dropdown list (size, creator, type) then it will sort by that item as
well as display it.  Tap it again (i.e. double tap to select size,
double tap again) and it will invert the sort (a->z becomes z->a)
