There is currently no ACL system in place for folders/groups. There is user level permissions you can change as an administrator but is a per single directory, per user system.
This functionality could be added under an ACL system, where each folder is a permission, and each user effectivy is part of their own permission group, and whatever usergroup you assign. You ccould then assign permissions to groups per absolute path folder. There are no plans to add this functionality until I get arround to completly rewriting osfm.
