#90 Fails under win on filenames ending with dot/period

v1.1.2 under win 10 pro. A third-party prog created files with names ending with ".", which windows since xp has not allowed, as they can't be renamed, copied, or deleted, attempts giving the msg "file cannot be found". So I tried metamorphose, which can properly find the matching filenames and find/replace without the . shows the desired preview, but "Go" fails also saying the file can't be found. (Looks like metamorphose is just calling windows functions to do the rename?). Eh, bien...
