Hi, apologies if this is possible, I didn't see how.
If you copy JPG files from firefox cache they have no extension. I was hoping to use metamorphose to add an extension, but metamorphose assumes the presence of an extension and therefore tries to add a "." to make it "image.jpg.". This actually ends up being "image.jpg.jpg."
It's not possible to delete the terminal "." even if I delete "jpg." from a fixed position - it still ends up being a file called "image.jpg." with no extension.
In nautilus I can add the ".jpg" manually and this works. Please can you let me know if there's a way around this?
Thanks

Simon
