#1 Delete file/ read-only users

Hello !

I like the simplicity of your system. However, I miss
two functions to be able to use it:

- possibility to erase files : a user should be able to
erase its own files or public files, an admin should be
able to erase any file

- read-only user : I'd like to have users that can only
read, not upload (have some files prepared for
customers, that they can only download. But members of
my company can upload and download)
