I would find it useful to install in "Relo-on-a-floppy"
mode, which would install to a specified location [ie.
floppy or USB key]. It would keep all settings in INI or
XML files, and not touch the registry at all, so I can just
plug in and program wherever I am.

Of course ROAF mode means you can't double click
on .fde files to launch Relo, but I'm prepared to make
that sacrifice. ;) Of course this would not replace the
normal type install, just be an extra option.
