#4 editing features

Nice looking program!
Especially the resource editor is superb. I hop eyou finish
it soon!

I miss a few features, though. Features that I tend to
use very often in other editors.

- Code completion (of both project variables and win32
api)
- Function folding (or code collapse, or how is it named?)
- Function list (file based is better than project based)
