Error: Data files not found!

I followed the instructions as per the readme.txt, but I'm getting an "Error: Data files not found!" error when launching the game. I tried copying all of the files from the data and maps folders as well, but same problem. Any ideas?

Try installing the demo from the 'Change device config' menu, then you can
just overwrite demo files.
