Hello,
The MediaWiki and Trac Hosted Apps by default do not allow anonymous
edits. MediaWiki will require that the admin add the appropriate
permissions to each user that wants to edit. For Trac, it's possible to
just configure the wiki to just accept edits from any authenticated (ie.,
logged in) user.
Another option is for him to just install a wiki of choice to his
space, and then he can configure it however he wants.
One downside of that though, is that it will require its own user
database, it will not be able to utilize the SourceForge user database.
If he has further questions, he should contact us directly.

+1 for using Trac.
And IIRC, once it's activated, that's default mode - sf.net registered users
can edit pages.
This is because when they enable the wiki, this option didn't exist.

I think that you can use the Roadmap, I like Roadmaps for programs to see how
much need to be implemented and how much you have been worked :D.
