#986 Recalculate movements points after creatures movement

The option: "heroes: recalculate movements points after creatures movement" is activated.

1) Fineous has Move Points: 13/1300/1300

Dismiss the Orcs and the Ogres.

2) Move points are not completly updated, Fineous has Move Points: 13/1300/1500 instead of 15/1500/1500.

1) Falagar has Move Points: 12/1200/1200

Falagar meets Fineous, does nothing, and exits the screen.

2) Falagar has Move Points: 11/1140/1200 instead of 11/1141/1200 (penalty on road is set to 59).
This varies depending on the creature speed (e.g. with Centaurs he gets 1140, with Wolves he gets 1339).

Fineous meets Falagar. He transfers the Orcs, the Ogres and the Trolls to Falagar army, and exits the screen.
Falagar moves into the castle and exits the screen.

1) Falagar has Moves Points: 5/528/1000

Open the castle screen.
Falagar moves the Orcs and the Ogres to the castle garrison, and exits the screen.

2) Falagar has Moves Points: 6/633/1200 instead of 7/728/1200

Open the castle screen.
Recruit 1 Gargoyle.
Move the Gargoyle from the castle garrison to the Falagar army, and exit the screen.
Falagar has Moves Points: 6/632/1200
Open the castle screen.
Move the Gargoyle from Falagar army to the castle garrison, then move back the Gargoyle from the castle garrison to the Falagar army, and exit the screen.

3) Falagar has Moves Points: 6/631/1200

Move the Centaurs from the Falagar army to the castle garrison, and exit the screen.

4) Falagar has Moves Points: 6/630/1200

Open the castle screen.
Move the Trolls from the Falagar army to the castle garrison, and exit the screen.

5) Falagar has Moves Points: 7/735/1400 instead of 9/928/1400

Falagar has Move Points: 12/1200/1200

Falagar meets Fineous. Transfer the artifact Traveller's Boots of Mobility from Fineous to Falagar, and exit the screen.

6) Falagar has Moves Points: 14/1425/1500 instead of 14/1441/1500 (penalty on road is set to 59).

For the time being, I did not test to pick up (on the adventure map) an Artifact which acts on the movement (Nomad's Boots, Traveller's Boots, Time Compass, Sailor's Astrolabe).
